At “VentureCon International” on May 18, 2021, startups from Europe will have the chance to present their company to over 80 international investors. Until April 7, tech and digital teams can apply for one of the free pitch slots via www.baystartup-venturecon.de/startups. VentureCon International is the Bavarian investor conference for European tech and digital startups looking to grow their business internationally. The conference enables them to pitch their business models to German and international venture capitalists, strategic and private investors. Through BayStartUP’s network partnership with the Business Angels Europe Club, numerous representatives and members of European business angel networks will also be present. BayStartUP coordinates one of the largest investor networks in Europe and acts as a neutral intermediary between startups and investors.
Tech and digital startups from all industries who pursue a growth-oriented business model, which have a capital requirement between 500,000 und 7,000,000 euros, are eligible to apply. Startups should be able to demonstrate that there is a need for their solution in the international market. There should also be willing to take the next growth steps with international business opportunities and funding partners. Digital conference – international stage
VentureCon International will take place on a virtual event platform that offers participants a variety of networking opportunities in addition to streaming the pitches. BayStartUP intensively prepares all presenting companies for their pitch and investor meetings. Following the conference, the teams are also going to be introduced to suitable investors from the BayStartUP investors network. Currently, around 300 business angels and family offices are active here, as well as around 150 early-stage VCs, strategic and public investors. Even after the conference, BayStartUP coaches will support the startups in the process of the financing round. The participation of the companies at VentureCon International as well as all coaching services are completely free of charge.
